Blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvêdre.
Fairly intense ruby red, clear and brilliant.
Nose: Red fruit, strawberries, blackberries, currants, spices.
Palate: Very round and warm wine, with typical spicy notes.
Matches: Red wine that may be served with cold meats, salad, grilled meat and a large of number Mediterranean dishes.
Côtes Du Provence
The Cotes de Provence wine region is located in southern France and is part of the Provence wine region. The Mediterranean Sea borders the territory to the south. There are approximately 20000 hectares of vineyards distributed across three departments: Bouches-du-Rhone, Var, and one village in Alpes-Maritimes.

Pale pink colour and bright, typical of this appellation. Great aromatic complexity with notes of red fruits, white peach and citrus. Elegant, it offers a nice balance combining roundness and sweetness

CHIANTI 2020
Chianti like this is so drinkable. The nose is vibrant with dark fruits and black olive complemented by a savoury amaro type complexity. Fresh onthe palate, with fine grain tannins that ensures it ends dry but with impresive flavour. Great drinkability here and a perfect foil for a home-made pasta with a meaty ragu.

ROSSO 2021
Fragrant, lifted fruits of the forest overlaid by notes of ried herbs, some leather and aniseed. This is a medium weight wine, very well balanced with plush fruit character, sandy tannins and a lovely fresh clip of acidity delivering excellent Italian drinkability. This is a very approachable wine that will match brilliantly with food as well being great on its own. The perfect pasta or pizza wine.
Piedmont, in the foothills of the Alps in the north west of Italy, is home to the country’s finest full-bodied red wines. The greatest wines are made from the extremely long lived Nebbiolo. Barbera however is the most widely planted and popular variety, due to its fruit-driven expressiveness and youthful approachability.

Soave is a small commune in Veneto, part of the province of Verona. The region’s high altitude and cool climate create an elegant expression of Soave, imparted with mineral complexity by the stony soil. Soave is most commonly described as a dry white made from the Garganega variety. This wine is from the Classico designaton: indicating wines produced in the heartland of the Soave region around the sloping vineyards of Verona.
