Our Guarantee


Returns & Refund Policy: 

At Hop and Vine we stand behind our products providing post sale support and replacement product where it is corked or oxidized free of charge. 

Return issues relating to damage, incorrect wines delivered, wines that are faulty (corked) Hop and Vine will either credit the buyer or send replacement wine / beer.

Any freight cost associated with returning the wine are at Hop and Vines expense.

Delivery Policy

Hop and Vine Disribution is all about customer satisfaction. 

How long will it take to receive my order from Hop and Vine?
Christchurch orders received before 11 am Monday to Friday will be dispatched in the morning for same day afternoon delivery. Orders outside of Christchurch within South Island received before 3.30pm will be dispatched same day, delivery the following business day.

 

Wellington City orders received before 1230pm, delivery following business day.

 

North Island Outside Wellington, Orders dispatched up to 330pm - 2 day delivery - Last day for orders to arrive before weekend is Wednesday.

How much does freight cost?
Wine: - Freight free within New Zealand  (Minimum 1 Case - 12 bottles)

Beer and Cider - Freight free within New Zealand (Minimum 1 case -  24 x 330ml and  12 x 500ml bottles or cans)
 

Less than 1 Case will incur a freight charge of $6.00.
Saturday delivery is available incurring a freight charge of $15.00 per case.
Rural Deliveries will incur a charge of $5.00 per case


What if my order from Hop and Vine does not arrive?
Hop and Vine orders are always dispatched using reputable couriers with strict delivery policies and schedules. Unfortunately things do go missing even with couriers. Should you find this happening with your order phone Hop and Vine Line direct or email us at 
orders@hopandvine.co.nz

We will immediately follow up with the courier involved.

The same process should be followed for:

 - The wrong wine being sent.
 - Damaged product.
