ALCHEMIST

330ML / 30L Kegs (Steel)

MEDIUM DRY

The Alchemist is part chemistry and part wizardry: a fruit driven, new world cider that includes a small volume of intensely tannic Fuero Rous for structure.

 

A modest volume of fresh apple juice was added during blending to provide a freshness to the palate and nose.  5.7% ABV

THE HUNTRESS 

330ml / 500ML / 30L Steel / 50L Steel Kegs

MEDIUM 

Contains fruit from over 400 unique seedling apples and a small portion of traditional bitter sweet cider apples.

A lush, voluptuous experience.  5.2% ABV

THE PILGRIM 

330ml / 500ML / 750ML / 30L Steel / 50L Steel

DRY

The weight and complexity of this cider is

borne of traditional cider apples, a portion

of malolactic fermentation and a touch of

French Oak.  5.9% ABV

PEAR 500ML 

Paynter's Pear cider is made with Doyenne

du Comice pears.  

During blending a small portion of French bittersweet cider apples were added for structure and depth, and some fresh pear juice for sweetness and aroma.  

RESERVE 750ML
